This place was packed, line was waiting outside the door into the parking lot. This neighborhood crawfish spot is the place to go! Delicious all mixed sauce and they even have corn, potatoes, and sausage to add too. Cajun fries were delicious and so were the fresh oysters! There was no available seating inside so we had to eat outside, and this was in the evening. Only half of the string lights worked outside and our half it was off. The bench attached to the ground was also loose and one of the people at our table almost fell due to the poor infrastructure. The wait, due to it being very busy, was long and service also took a long time. The bathrooms were also completely out of stock with toilet paper and paper towels - which granted we are eating at a seafood place would have somewhere for us to wash and dry our hands properly. I saw that they were taking to-go orders and dine-in orders as well, trying to keep up with everything. Overall, delicious, great crawfish place that I hope to return to but hopefully conditions and unkept sanitation will be improved.

We had the crawfish boil with corn, potato, hard boiled egg, and sausage. It was very good! We ate on the patio. Great service! Awesome food for a good price. 88 Boiling did not disappoint!

The surprise of the day? Their fried chicken wings. Even after a 30-minute ride home, they were super crispy — like, “still crunchy through the box” crispy — with juicy meat inside. It’s an American-style batter done well, not too thick, not oily, and for $14.99 with fries for eight big pieces, it’s honestly an incredible deal. They’re also running a blue crab special right now at $8.99 each, and their blue mussels remain consistently plump, fresh, and not overcooked — which is why I keep coming back to them whenever I want reliable seafood. The garlic butter sauce today could use a little more actual garlic, but overall, the flavors still hit. And whether it’s fried platters, boiled shrimp, or their famous crawfish, 88 Boiling has a steady quality that’s harder and harder to find these days. This isn’t a “trend” restaurant — it’s a place that earns loyalty by being good at what it does. went to crawfish cafe and 2 hour wait, so googled this spot and headed over - so glad we ended up here! crawfish was awesome - my kiddos loved it, and the fries, potatoes, corn - everything was delicious and service was great! Now one of my top favorites!

Best "hole in the wall" Mud bug & seafood & boudin balls & fresh oysters & crawfish fried rice place. I got here after the lunch crowd but way before dinner rush and I was not disappointed; everyone was helpful, quick to serve and ready to answer questions and refill my drink. Definitely worth coming back!!!

Very good crawfish and fried catfish. We had their house season mix on the crawfish. It is not traditional, but it is very good. Has some garlic and other seasoning. Their crawfish are huge and very taste. I probably would not get the king crab again. They are good, but not worth the money. We will come again for the crawfish. The fried catfish is very good!!

The food is super good. I loved the thai tea, little pricy but large portions so its worth it! The sweet potato fries were amazing! The waitress lady was super sweet even when my kid spilled soda all over the floor. 10/10

This place is my new found friend. I'm a crawfish fanatic being that I'm born and raised from New Orleans. They never disappoint. The flavors are absolutely delicious and I've tried them all. My husband is in love with their grilled seafood which includes the tilapia, shrimp and the fried rice, but I always get the shrimp fried rice which is awesome. This place stays busy and there's always people waiting outside to dine-in whether it's on the patio or inside. I think they really need to expand. I've never went to another seafood restaurant for crawfish since I've found this place. They are truly AMAZING!!!!! My only issue is that they are closed on Mondays. If you're a seafood lover, I would advise you to try this restaurant.
